Service Description:

Aviation noise inventory for 649 airports in the Contiguous United States calculated using the Aviation Environmental Design Tool (AEDT) for the year 2014, and road noise inventory for the Continental United States calculated using Average Annual Daily Traffic (AADT) values from the FHWA Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS) and acoustical algorithms from the Traffic Noise Model (TNM) for the year 2014. The aircraft and road noise inventories were acoustically summed to produce the composite layers.
